That's about 130 trillion every second — and essentially none of them touch you.

Most are low-energy pp neutrinos made in the Sun's core. They escaped the instant they were born and reached you in about 8 minutes. The light from those same reactions is still trapped inside the Sun — it won't surface for roughly a hundred thousand years.

How this number is figured
Rate = solar neutrino flux × your cross-sectional area.
Flux at Earth Φ ≈ 6.5 × 10¹⁰ cm⁻² s⁻¹ (total, dominated by pp neutrinos).
Body facing the Sun A ≈ 2000 cm² (≈ 0.2 m²).
So R = Φ × A ≈ 1.3 × 10¹⁴ s⁻¹ — an order-of-magnitude figure, near the usual "about 100 trillion per second."
